Leading DIY retailer Adeo upgrades in product offering construction, supply chain streamlining and financial management processes with Oracle Retail Consulting and Quickborn Consulting to support its ambitious business goals.

Quickborn Consulting works together with Oracle Retail Consulting and Adeo, international leader in DIY sector with 800 point of sales in 15 countries around the world, to implement Oracle Retail Merchandising, Planning & Optimization and Supply Chain Management solutions.

Quickborn was chosen by Oracle Retail Consulting to partner with for implementing RMS, RPM (Price Management), RPO (Price Optimization), RDF (Demand Forecasting), ReSA (Sales Audit), CatMan (Category Management) and a fully customized RPAS based Costing solution at Adeo in Lille, France. #1 in European DIY market and #3 worldwide with 23 billion euro turnover in 2018, Adeo started consideration of a comprehensive ERP in 2015. Oracle Retail was selected shortly after and the program Vanilla kicked off in summer 2016. Quickborn supported Oracle Retail Consulting in various roles, such as project management, functional consulting and technical expertise, during design, build and UAT phases.
