We are prepared to continue delivering services during the lockdown

Most countries world-wide are in the 2nd stage of the Coronavirus restrictions now, but in some of our office locations we are already at 3rd stage of restrictions. Although no one has an exact playbook for the current Coronavirus crisis, fortunately Quickborn’s existing infrastructure and the actions that we have already taken ensure all our services (including monitoring and support) are running and are available.

From an infrastructure perspective, Quickborn has already prepared for all our team members to continue working remotely by providing from our central office locations secure VPN connections, high availability internet access, backup internet line and mobile devices for the entire team. Quickborn world-wide team has already been working in a remote delivery structure for several years across four continents, our well-proven work methods are now simply extended to the entire team for day to day work and operations.

Actions already taken by Quickborn include all business travel being suspended, all internal/client meetings are moved to WebEx/Zoom or Skype, we instructed all of our team members to work from home office in order to mitigate the risk of infection and we defined strict hygienic rules and frequent disinfection treatments in our offices.

The safety of our teams, partners and customers are our topmost priority. Quickborn management is following events closely on an ongoing basis and will make necessary adjustments to our business procedures as needed.

Our management team will keep our teams, clients, and partners posted when we have any update. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
