QBCS is proud to announce that it has been selected by the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) to lead the upgrade and platform modernization of its Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solution. The engagement marks a significant step forward in AAFES’s broader initiative to modernize mission-critical enterprise systems and transition to a more flexible, cloud-based infrastructure.
As part of the program, QBCS will upgrade the existing Oracle financials solution and re-platform it from legacy servers to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, aligning AAFES’s core operations with modern performance, scalability, and security standards.

Project Scope and Timeline
The entire transition will be delivered in 2025. The first phase will focus on upgrading the existing application and migrating it to Oracle Cloud. Subsequently the implementation of enhanced business functionalities needed by the business at AAFES will further optimize and future-proof the solution.
