Purpose of the Job
We are growing our team to support new client implementation projects in the retail planning space. We’re looking for a Business Consultant who combines sharp technical analysis with strong consulting instincts — someone who can dig into a client’s data, find the real root cause of an issue, and design and present a solution the client’s business actually trusts.
What You'll Do

Perform technical analysis to validate accuracy and produce data-driven results for clients

Conduct root cause analysis on process and data issues raised during implementation

Design detailed business processes and solutions in collaboration with client stakeholders
4
Configure the platform to match agreed-upon business process designs
5
Present and explain complex topics clearly to client stakeholders, and train users where needed
6
Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle with a strong understanding of their business processes
What We Need
Strong technical analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy and data-driven results
Experience conducting root cause analysis
Ability to design detailed business processes and solutions
Solution configuration aptitude
Strong understanding of business processes
Ability to communicate, present, and train on complex topics
Excellent consulting aptitude
German (native or C1) and business-level English
