Purpose of the Job
We are growing our team to support new client implementation projects in the retail pricing and promotions space. We’re looking for a Solution Engineer who can turn functional requirements into a working, well-integrated platform configuration — someone equally comfortable configuring the P&P platform and writing the custom logic that makes a client’s setup work exactly as intended.
What You'll Do

Configure the P&P platform end to end, across both frontend and backend

Tune and optimize forecast and attribution models to match client data and business logic

Write custom business logic in SQL, Python, or Go where standard configuration isn’t enough

Evaluate promotional campaigns and produce analytical reporting for client stakeholders

Apply structured problem-solving to complex retail configuration challenges

Design and specify integrations between the P&P platform and client systems
What We Need
Hands-on P&P platform configuration experience (frontend & backend)
Experience optimizing forecast and attribution models
Working proficiency in SQL, Python, or Go
Experience with campaign evaluation and analytical reporting
Strong, structured problem-solving skills on complex retail challenges
Ability to design and specify system integrations
German (native or C1) and business-level English
Prior experience with retail planning, pricing, or promotions systems is a plus
