Purpose of the Job
We are growing our team to support new client implementation projects in the retail pricing and promotions space. We’re looking for a Functional Consultant who can own the business side of a P&P implementation end to end — from the first discovery workshop through go-live — working closely with client stakeholders to shape a solution that fits how they actually run pricing and promotions.
What You'll Do

Facilitate discovery workshops with German-speaking clients to capture pricing & promotions requirements

Document business and technical specifications based on workshop outcomes

Translate business needs into functional configuration requirements for the solution team

Plan and execute UAT cycles, tracking and resolving issues raised by client testers

Design and deliver training for client super users and end users

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation
What We Need
Retail pricing & promotions domain knowledge
Experience facilitating discovery workshops and writing documentation
Strong technical and business specification writing skills
Hands-on experience with UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
Ability to design training materials and enable super users
Excellent consulting and stakeholder communication skills
German (native or C1) and business-level English
Prior experience with retail planning, pricing, or promotions systems is a plus
