We’re hiring junior-to-mid level Solution Consultants to join new retail planning implementation projects. Strong analytical thinking is a must; prior ERP, planning, or forecasting exposure is a plus but not required. German C1 is essential. Full product training provided, no platform experience needed to start.

Purpose of the Job

We are growing our team to support new client implementation projects in the retail planning space. We’re looking for junior-to-mid level consultants who bring strong analytical thinking and a genuine interest in retail/supply-chain planning technology — deep platform-specific product knowledge is not required, as full product training is provided.

This role can be shaped toward either a Business/Functional Consultant track (working closely with client stakeholders on planning and forecasting processes) or a Solution Engineer track (configuration, data, and technical implementation) — final direction will depend on candidate background and interest.

What You'll Do

Support the implementation of retail planning solutions for German-speaking clients

Work with client teams to understand business requirements around planning, replenishment, and forecasting processes

Translate business needs into system configuration and solution design (functional or technical, depending on track)

Participate in workshops, testing, and go-live support for new projects

Collaborate with project managers and senior consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle

Communicate confidently with client stakeholders in German and English

What We Need

German AND English language proficiency at C1 level

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Interest in or exposure to ERP, planning, or forecasting topics (retail, supply chain, demand/replenishment planning, or similar) is a plus, but not mandatory

Comfortable working with data and business processes

Good communication skills and a collaborative, client-facing mindset

Junior-friendly: no prior platform experience needed — full product training is provided

Openness to working in either a functional/business-consulting capacity or a more technical solution-engineering capacity

Prior experience with retail planning, supply chain, or ERP systems is a plus

Experience in a consulting or client-facing project role is a plus
